Recent Updates on the Campus Work at the University of Padova

Dear Saints,

Thank the Lord for His move among the university students. Recently, we have had shepherding trips help us take care of the students in Padova. They joined us in our regular Bible reading and also student meet ups for fellowship and sharing the word. During these trips, we had 41 appointments, 8 gospel conversations, 3 who received the Lord, and 103 tracts, gospel booklets and Bibles.

In between and after these trips, the local saints continue to shepherd these students through various appointments, home visits, and in-campus gatherings and activities to share more about the Lord and His word in fellowship, and in reading the Bible and ministry excerpts. We are currently praying for more than 15 positive ones to be released for the upcoming university conferences and activities, and for more than 20 open ones for their continual shepherding. Though a few of them will have finished their degree and will have moved out of Padova, we pray that the Lord would add more new ones in the upcoming semester.

As for the updates regarding the purchase of the student centre in Padova, the brothers and the churches are in coordination in handling the requirements, checking and maintenance, and proper documentations, as well as the payment for the initial deposit, the payment agreement and related financial responsibilities.

May the Lord continue in His move unhindered among the university students. Thank you saints for your prayers and support.

Prayer Burdens:

1. For the gaining of precious vessels in the University of Padova through the gospel and Bible distribution, and through the campus meetings, as well as the baptism of the seeking ones;

2. ⁠For the incoming students from the saints' family and from other churches,  and for the Lord to thrust out more workers for the harvest in the campus;

3. ⁠For the Lord to gain fully some of these students, for them to be released for the conferences and trainings, and obtain their consecration by going to the Full-time training;

4. ⁠For the purchasing of the student centre to contain the meetings and gatherings and for the financial support of the meetings and activities.

5. For the upcoming gospel and shepherding trips that the Lord will gain many more students for His interest in Italy
