Fellowship Regarding the Winter 2026 Italy Olympics Distribution

Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord’s recovery,

The Olympics are returning to Europe in winter 2026, to be held in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy, on February 6-22, 2026. A Torch Relay will also take place throughout Italy beginning on December 6, 2025, in Rome and concluding on February 6, 2026, in Milan.

Based on our recent history in France through the 2024 Torch Relay and Summer Olympics, we believe this is a special opportunity for the Lord to advance in Europe, this time in the crucial nation of Italy. Surely in light of world events, we recognize this as an arrangement of the Lord requiring our cooperation.

There has been much prayer and fellowship concerning how we should respond. Out of this fellowship, there is a feeling to invite saints to join gospel trips during the Torch Relay and Olympic Games. In addition, our experience shows that workers will also be needed in an ongoing way, with migration an important consideration. This letter is to notify you of this coming need and opportunity.

We invite your participation in the following ways:

Praying

We ask the saints throughout His recovery to pray:

• That the Lord be wisdom to His Body in taking advantage of this opportunity to sow Christ as the seed of the kingdom into many who attend these events.

• That the Lord will use the coming months to prepare the hearts of many seeking ones to receive Christ in His word and be added to the Lord’s testimony in Italy.

• That the Lord will grace the serving saints to prepare the most effective ministry publications for distribution to the seeking ones.

• That the Lord will blend the saints together for the spreading of the lampstands in Italy and further His move in His recovery.

Giving

Saints who are burdened to give for the Olympics distribution and other expenses can give through LME by following instructions at lordsmove.org/offerings.html. Designate offerings for ”Italy Olympics“.

Going

In the coming days workers will be needed for the harvest. Now is the time to seek the Lord’s leading through prayer and fellowship with the leading brothers in your locality about joining one of the distribution trips or possibly migrating to Italy to meet the Lord’s need there long-term. Application for Participation in the Gospel Trips

during the 2026 Winter Olympics and Torch Relay in Italy

Dear saints,

Thank you for your prayers for the Lord’s move in Italy this Winter. There will be five trips during the Torch Relay (TR), and two more trips during the Olympic Games (OL). The dates and primary destinations are listed below with supplementary cities in parenthesis.

TR1: 3-14 December - Rome (Florence)

TR2: 11-24 December - Sicily / Naples

TR3: 2-13 January - Turin & Bologna (Genoa, Cuneo, Aosta, Rimini)

TR4: 15-25 January - Vicenza (Montova, Padua, Trieste)

TR5: 27 January - 8 February - Milan (Lecco, Bergamo, Lugano)

OL1: 6-16 February - Milan

OL2: 13-23 February - Milan

Other Important Information

Participation

Please note that participants must participate full-time. Part-time applicants will not be considered for these gospel trips. Please wait for approval before booking any tickets or accommodation.

Minimum Age Requirement

The minimum age to apply for the gospel trip is 18. If you are planning to have your family travel with you to be in Italy while you are participating in the gospel trip, please be aware that you are responsible to take care of their travel and accommodation arrangements. Members of your family that are minors will not be able to join the coordination or gospel activities.

Accommodation, Meals, and Transport

Participants are responsible to cover all their expenses, including transportation to/from origin to assigned location, local transportation, lodging and food. Upon approval of your application, you will receive a confirmation and more details from the gospel trip coordinator for the city you have been assigned to, as well as suggested hotels/hostels.

Gospel preaching

Most of your service will be in preaching the gospel, which will involve a good amount of physical activity including walking, climbing stairs, standing for several hours and travelling via public transport.

Practical service

There will also be a need to serve in other practical areas (i.e., kitchen, accommodation, transportation, movement of Bibles, office, etc.).

Dress code

As you will be participating in a gospel move, you are requested to abide by the dress code:

Brothers:

• Trousers: neutral in colour, conservative, without patterns;

• Shirts: button-front and tucked in;

• Shoes: solid colours and a conservative style with no emblems or logos;

• athletic shoes for practical service and distributions are acceptable;

• Socks;

• Belt.

  
  

Sisters:

• Skirts/dresses: at least 7.5 cm (3 inches) below the knee even while sitting and not form-fitting;

• Blouses: full button-front with collar;

• Shoes: heels no higher than 2.5 cm (1 inch), closed toe, heels and sides, white or dark colour; athletic shoes for practical service and distributions are acceptable.

Language

The orientation and coordination for the gospel trips will be in English. Proficiency in the Italian language is not a requirement, but those who can speak Italian are very much encouraged to participate in these gospel trips. For non-Italian speakers, English proficiency is a requirement for coordination with team members from different countries.

Other practical considerations

Please be guided by the weather reports on the internet and do not query the registration team. Please bring the appropriate adaptors/convertors for your electronic devices to be used in Italy.
